Streaming services Amazon and Netflix garnered multiple Emmy Awards at the ceremony last night, with shows like Master of None and Transparent among the winners. Netflix was one of the biggest winners of the night, with 3 awards and 19 nominations. Cable network-turned-online-streamer HBO had an incredibly successful night as well, with 6 wins, while its show Game of Thrones made history as the most-Emmy-winning show of all time, with 38 awards. This year's Emmy Awards solidified what we've all known for quite some time now. The form of television has changed, and its future is online.
