Hofstra Charges $200 for Network Connectivity During Debate, Bans Private Wi-Fi

One thing that had reporters reeling before the candidates even entered the stage last night at the first Presidential Debate was the fact that the $200 network they were forced to rent for the debate, had a lot of network connectivity problems. In addition to that, they weren't allowed to use their own devices as hotspots, something that the FCC deemed borderline patently unlawful.

The Election Won’t Be Rigged. But It Could Be Hacked

The US Presidential Race has been messy, to put it mildly. Both Democrats and Republicans have spewed vitriol against the other party, and sometimes even their own. Considering the excitement both Hillary Clinton and Donald Trump have created, there is a strong possibility that someone will try to tamper with the election results. And apparently, hacking wouldn't be difficult. With antiquated technology tallying the votes, the government must make sure that every vote is honest and attributed properly.
