Car Services are Changing Car Culture

With the rise of car services in recent years, the commute to work in major cities have slightly changed. Particularly in Los Angeles, many have opted to travel in carpool services (given by the car service) in lieu of driving their own cars. Cars requested on demand has given life to the shared economy and against the wishes of many government officials, they aren't going away anytime soon.
